At Sonata Academy of Music, our music classes cater to students ranging from 7 years old to adults. Our instructors are skilled in a variety of teaching methods, blending modern techniques with traditional approaches tailored to meet your specific musical aspirations. Renowned for their expertise, many of our teachers are active performers in local orchestras and bands, both in Sri Lanka and internationally.

We offer both group and individual music classes, ideal for students who thrive in a collaborative learning environment. A one-time registration fee of 10000/ is required to join the academy, with monthly fees varying based on grade levels. Rest assured, all classes are conducted by highly qualified professionals dedicated to nurturing your musical talents.

Admission

Our admission process has several steps that begin with the lodging of an application. From your first inquiry, our counsellors will support you throughout the process to navigate any challenges that you may come across during the process.

To register with Sonata Academy of Music, please follow these steps: 

  1. Visit our institute: Visit Sonata Academy of Music and speak to one of our consultants.
  2. Explore Programs: Collect all the details about the various music programs offered by Sonata Academy of Music to find one that suits your interests and skill level.
  3. Review Requirements: Check the specific requirements for the program you’re interested in, such as age restrictions, musical background, and any prerequisite skills.
  4. Fill Out Application Form: Complete the application form with your personal details, including your name, contact information, and musical background (if any).
  5. Submit Required Documents: Submit any required documents, such as a copy of your ID, previous music certificates, or audition recordings, as specified by the program.
  6. Pay Registration Fee: Pay the registration fee through the provided payment methods. We accept cash or card(Debit/Credit)
  7. Wait for Confirmation: Once your application is submitted, wait for confirmation from Sonata Academy of Music regarding your application status.
  8. Complete Enrollment: Once accepted, follow the instructions provided by Sonata Academy of Music to complete your enrollment, which may include paying the tuition fee, attending orientation sessions, and scheduling classes.
  9. Begin Classes: Start your musical journey with Sonata Academy of Music and enjoy learning from experienced instructors in a supportive environment.
